Cryptic

Dark night,
dark as a winter ocean.

A woman and a man
found together in a storm.

A criminal act.
A pair of permanent damages.

What is there; what is
released, what opens eyes?

It seems that they knew each other.
They seem to have stopped there;

turning, ever turning. Wondering:
did they know each other?

Did they fraternize,
did they party? Unknown.

On a dark night
a winter ocean dimly glows.

No one speculates well
over the rationale for it; well,

there is no explanation. Wondering why
the moon still hasn’t come back.
