Slowing down

As of today, I have 8698 posts on this version of the WordPress site. There are probably another 500 or so on all other sites combined.

I think that, regardless of the small number I have left to reach my 10K goal, I’m going to slow way down and not write a poem every day. It’s all become a little too much for me.

This past week, I stopped taking Lamictal (one of my mental health medications) per doctor’s orders. While it did not seem to be a big shift at first, I am noticing a decline in my mood and need to get that under control somewhat before continuing with daily activities.

I’m sorry for this interruption in my “flow.” I’ll get back to what passes for “normal” (for me) really soon.
