Waiting for this (one last bit o’ pimpity-pluggin)

Tonight at QVCC: Where Your Mouth Is

A benefit for the Central Mass. Food Bank

Features Patty Keough, Regie Gibson, Tony Brown

Suggested Donation: 15 bucks / 10 with Student ID

Quinsigamond Valley Community Center is at 16 Greenwood Street, Worcester.

Open doors at 7:30 — show starts at 8:00

A personal note:

Show the fuck up and put your money where your mouth is! The whole idea of this series to get away from the notion that art is best involved with change and social support strictly as a form of commentary. Here, the work is in service to something specific, once a month.

So come down to the new venue and show your colors.

O.k. I will rememeber that. You do look better in person, BTW, than the photos you use here. My friend had a great time too. We will be dragging more people down to these things as time goes on. It seems i also know someone who knows you from some time ago, Gus. The Art world in central mass is small. Once… 11 years ago I held a native woman art show at WAG when it was almost in Leicester. Long time ago. I was actually one of the artist too. much better at the vissial than the word thing myself. You reminded me of what i liked most about ginsburg reading his own stuff. like shakespear, poetry is ment to be seen on stage and not just read.

Hi there…I figured, on further reflection, that that must have been you.

Anytime you see me, anytime, come up and interrupt. Period. I’m always interested in meeting people I haven’t met in person. Please! I would have loved to talk to you!

When I first walked in you looked like you were prepering, so I didn;t want to bother you.
Than, I , dealing with a lot in my life lately, started having panic attack… at the end of your set…. when I looked back at break to say hi, you were with other people and didn’t want to both you… by the end of the night I was jumping out of my skin, and needed to leave NOW. so many nice people must of thought me unfriendly… but just freaking out. my greandmother died resontly and I was the person who was the one who stayed with her though to the end. So….
I was the woman you didn;t know there. You probably knew everyone else. Sitting with the guy older than you that you also didn;t know.
