cleveland had a bad rap in the ’70’s. the cuyahoga river burst into flames because it was, well, flamable. mayor ralph perk’s hair burst into flames during a welding demonstration. then the town went bankrupt while dennis kucinich was mayor and the bankers sat on their hands and watched him go down in flames. i miss cleveland.
