above some hated corpse

Love that happy dance
How soft the ground
How haughty our heels

How good it feels 
to be swinging
our arms

as we prance upon them
and they can’t do
a thing about it

We sing
the beautiful American word revenge 
in a toe dance of righteousness

Everyone’s tapping
Some on top right now
Some waiting their turn

Every bastard one of us
wants to dance
that dance somewhere
