May I be the first pedant to point out that ‘were’ actually means ‘man’, so a ‘were-man’ is a ‘man-man’.
There, I feel better for that. 🙂

Ah! Had no idea. Well, based on the popular conception…Hm. Gotta think about this one. Do I change it to reflect the correct meaning or leave it to catch the popular but incorrect colloquial viewpoint?
