whisper and Rihanna
arch and last wisp of cigarette
heaving and bucking
still faced brook pool and eyeshine
Buddha and leaving behind
long hours and silence
comfort and ice cream sandwiches
the sleep at home,
and 
the recounting to oneself
endlessly rocking
